Pros - Great puncture resistance, comfortable ride and good grip on all surfaces with a very long wear life. Easier to fit and remove than the narrow version.
Cons - Heavy and slow, this tyre has a lot of rubber to keep you safe from punctures.
Road Cruiser
Description - Urban and individual, an excellent all round tyre with a medium tread and a hard wearing compound.,47mm and great value for money.
The outstanding feature of this tyre is in the tread and its Green Compound. A rubber made of renewable and recycled raw materials in such a quality, that it is used for the first time in a conventional bicycle tire.
Pros - Low cost, good puncture resistance and long life, green compounds, high visibility reflective strip on the black version. Also available in a white wall option.
Cons - Reduced grip on smooth surfaces due to hard rubber compound and, slightly increased rolling resistance and weight compared to higher quality tyres.

Cons - Quite large and heavy so they are not as fast rolling or aerodynamic as some smaller tyres.
