The Shimano EP801 and EP6 Cargo E-Bike systems includes a powerful motor with a smooth output. All the power you need at just the right time. Responsive, quiet, lightweight and controllable. The main difference between the EP801 and EP6 Cargo systems is the motor case material on the EP801 is magnesium and is slightly lighter at 2.6kg and the EP6 system is Aluminum at 2.9kg.

The easy to read colour 1.6 (inch) LCD display is protected by a custom made protective housing and has a clear and intuitive interface, loaded with functionality. Readable in bright sunshine, compact, fully weather resistant and durable. Bluetooth technology lets you adjust modes and setting of your ride from your smartphone. The computer will keep you up to date with all the information you need throughout your ride.

Forget gears, simply pedal and go. The Enviolo Hub features truly fully automatic stepless gear shifting technology and is available on Shimano E-bike systems trikes. The system lets you focus on what’s important, like enjoying your ride. Simply set your desired cadence once (how many pedal rotations feel comfortable for you) and the Enviolo Hub will constantly adjust its internal gear ratio to maintain a steady smooth cadence regardless of the speed or riding conditions that you encounter. The system can be easily adjusted while riding using a wireless handlebar-mounted controller or Bluetooth Smartphone App. Simply turn on, pedal and go.

Shimano XT Di2 electronic derailleur gear shifting gives you manual or automatic electronic gear shifting at the touch of a button. 

The Shimano E-Bike Systems runs, as standard, with Di2 software communication and Bluetooth technology. This software allows ICE dealers to quickly and simply run a full diagnostics test at your convenience as part of a general service.

The Shimano E-Bike system comes with an optional integrated 6v DC power output for powerful lighting. A great choice for a completely seamless system.

The systems comes as standard with the large capacity 36V/17.5Ah (630 Wh) Shimano lithium-ion battery. This extends your riding range and lets you cycle further. The battery is securely key locked to the trike using the low stable mounting point behind the seat to provide optimum weight distribution. The battery can be conveniently charged in situ on the trike and also away from the trike by unlocking and removing it. Ideal for charging indoors overnight.

An optional second battery mount is available for Ergo-Luxe and Ergo-Flow seats. This lets you carry an additional battery on the rear of your seat, to further extend the range of your ride. More details about the second battery mount in our accessories section.
